Read It Later Free by Idea Shower
Much like the name suggests, Read It Later is a bookmarking tool that enables you to save online content to a list for you to (you guessed it) read later at your leisure. With three viewing modes to choose from (online, offline (which renders the article in its entirety, though it should be noted that pictures usually aren't included, which you can view offline), and offline text-only (which grabs only the text and reformats it to increase readability) and you can also read in either landscape or portrait views), this is certainly the app to get when you have a long commute.
There are some downsides, of course. After signing up (the Read It Later site is located here), I had difficulties with set up, both on my computer's web browser, and on my iTouch's browser. I also had troubles with syncing my online list to the app on my iTouch, but once I figured everything out (and after reading their many walk-through guides multiple times to ensure I actually understood the process), it was as simple as clicking my mouse either on the little checkmark on my Firefox browser, or tapping the 'Read It Later' bookmark on my iTouch's Safari browser to save websites to my reading list.

TASKit by AppsCode

This To-Do app boasts a 'simple as paper and pencil' interface. After giving it a go for the past few days, I've found that I can almost agree with them a hundred percent. Almost, but I'm not completely sold yet.

Gmail, Calendar, Docs and more by Google
I've tried a number of calendar, and email solutions that will be usable while I'm on the road. At work we have a web based tracking system that is "the be all, end all" for our industry.

WifiTrak (2.5) by Bitrino
As I've used my iPhone over the last year, I've often wondered how well the built-in wifi finding worked; I know there have been times when it's flaky with the home setup.
So, what is your thought on this? Let me know!

Skype 1.0.1 by Skype Communications
I installed it and immediately called the parental units. They live many miles away and I regularly call them using Skype on the computer, so I figured it would be a good comparison.

I was excited to find this in the app store!
As the chief editor of this site (and others), as well as having a more than full time job in radio, I often have to edit posts on the fly. I’m on the road a lot, so the thought of being able to edit during breaks or other down time during my day was very appealing.

Ambiance Classic by Coneybeare Labs
Ever find yourself in a situation where you need to work, but can't block out distractions?
You don't want to use music, because while that helps, it's too easy to drift off and start singing or dancing along and forgetting the work you need to do. Well, Ambiance is here to help. Armed to the teeth with neutral sounds from the natual (wind, the ocean, rain) to mechanical (white/pink/brown/violet noise, freeway, trains), you can enhance your focus until the project's completion!

ToDo's by AustinBull Software

This is one of those instances in which I must eat my own words. While not necessarily as pretty (nor as grammatically correct) as Ultimate ToDos, To Do's by AustinBull Software is free, powerful in its simplicity, and suits my needs perfectly.
