Game Review: Battle of Midway

Battle of Midway is a battle ship game not unlike the classic board game. In fact it's pretty much exactly the same as said board game. I figured I would try it out and see how it played, the screen shots I looked at looked promising.

Unfortunately this game was just as dull as I remembered it from my child hood. The game mechanics are exactly the same as before. The game board is laid out with letters and numbers. Touch on a square to fire at that spot on the board.

As always you can set up your fleet anyway you wish, and of course you won't be able to see where your enemies fleet is deployed.

Sunk

The good: Good graphics and sounds.

The bad: I had a hard enough time playing through this once, its so dull I though I was going to fall asleep.

The breakdown: If you liked playing the board game Battle Ship when you were younger than you might enjoy this game, otherwise don't wast your time. 2/5
