Yoga RELAX by Neil Harris

Who hasn't had a stressful day at work or school? This app is great for relaxing and either winding up at the start of or winding down at the end of your day. It's great for yoga-doers of all levels; beginners rejoice with detailed audio instructions, with metal and physical benefits of each position. The instructions can be turned off for the more experienced, and you can shut off all commentary entirely, if you wish. There are three different calming optional background tracks to choose from.

Your entire session is fully customizable; from how long it is to which positions you do. The section entirely dedicated to poses lets you read first how to perform the pose, and the mental and physical benefits— which is what Neil says during the session, if you have commentary turned on.

I think I've found my new love. The instructor's voice was clear and easy for me to understand, with detailed instructions helping to guide me through each pose as easily as if I were in an actual yoga class. Each pose is designed to relax and rejuvenate body and mind. I gave this app a try after a stressful day at work and felt calm and refreshed by the end. And for $0.99, this is certainly a bargain! Try Neil's other app, Yoga STRETCH, if you enjoy this one. 5/5

As with most bigger apps, remember to restart your device after downloading.
