Better metal snake!

Better metal snake!

Snake is a game that has been around forever. For the first time ever, this variation of the classic game is in 3D. The rules of the game remain the same, while the graphics and innovation have greatly been improved.

For the first time wrap your snake around a planet using a 3D control, giving you a whole new level of freedom. Travel across the galaxy (six planets to explore in the full version while the lite version only offers the first training world) to discover new planets with spectacular 3D graphics. Your goal is simple and to the point: eat to grow larger (and gain more points), but be careful not to bite your tail. The game's easy-to-play design offers great fluidity. Challenge your friends to beat your high scores.

Awww yeahhh!!

Awwwe Yeahhh!!

The good: While the lite version give you only a small taste of what the full experience is like— it's fun, the graphics are amazing (best I've ever seen for a Snake game) and the soundtrack is pretty good as well (you can opt to listen to your own tunes if you want). The controls are easy to use and really make this game a treat to play.

The bad: Only one level? Seems kinda lame to me. But then again the full version only offers six planets. Hopefully DigDog will release more planets to explore in future updates.

The breakdown: This game is a lot of fun, it's familiar and challenging. The game play is what really sets this version of snake apart form it's predecessors. 4/5
