Rollercoaster Rush Free by Digital Chocolate

This is one of the few Digital Chocolate games that I didn't like. The game mechanics just don't do it for me. This game, like many others of this developer's, has very few controls, which isn't isn't a good thing in this case.

This free title has great cartoon graphics, and good sound and music effects, all of which I expected when I downloaded the game. Unlike other titles like Kamikaze Robot or Stunt Car Racing, this game lacks that fun sense of urgency. In Rollercoaster Rush, all you do is go around on a track, and if you crash, riders will parachute out to safety.

Like most other Digital Chocolate games, this one is full of achievements— 5-star track ratings, and bonus points for going fast. To be honest though, I didn't even make it through the whole demo before I got bored of it. It just felt too easy, even tacky.

In my opinion, this game is definitely a pass.

The good: Great graphics, sounds and music. Free.

The bad: Boring game play, repetitive, and left me thinking what the point of the game was in the first place.

The breakdown: I guess if you're a big fan of this developer's games check this out, otherwise I'd recommend giving something else a go. 2/5
