Lemonade Tycoon™ by Electronic Arts

Every kid at one point or another (at least any kid I know) has had a lemonade stand, where they sold people their products. This game is just like that, except to the extreme: instead of packing it in after your family garage sale, this game allows you to expand your sales horizons beyond the stand to reach your own lemonade super shop.

The game offers two different modes to choose from: challenge mode, in which you only have 30 days to rake in as much cash as possible; and career mode, which is unlimited. The really cool thing about this game is all the options it gives you. You have complete control over advertising, pricing, staff, locations, upgrades, rent, results, marketing, your lemonade recipe, and supplies.

Mmmm Tasty!

There's a newsflash feed that will give you important info about which location to visit to maximize profits, and also a weather forecast tab that will tell you the temperature and how the weather will be for the day.

The good: Hours and hours of fun to be had determining the best way to sell the goods. A solid game with a lot of replay value. You can play your own tunes while you play. Freebie!

The bad: Not much I can say here.

The breakdown: This is a fun game that I really enjoyed playing. For a free title, EA did a great job on it. But of course that's what we come to expect from them. 4.5/5
