Education/Game Review: Hangmath
Math Hangman: Hangmath by Issam Qadan

Hangman? No, Hangmath! I think this app is genius, and I really wish I had something like it when I was struggling with my math classes, it would have helped make everything go that much smoother.
The premise of the game is simple. At the top of the screen, an equation is displayed. At the bottom of the screen is a pad of numbers, where you tap to input your answer. Like Hangman, with each wrong answer, another body part is added to the rope.
You can pick and choose from the four different operations, or choose surprise me, which is like a mixed bag of all of them (I prefer this one most). You can choose from four different difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard and insane). You can also pick 'time-out', which times you answer and forces you to stay on your toes— otherwise, you might run out of time and get the answer incorrect by default. You can also switch Algebra mode (a + x = c, find x) on or off.
I think this app is beneficial to people of all ages— the 'easy' setting makes it ideal for children in school who may have trouble with maths, and the increased difficulty ensures fun for adults, too. It's free until the next update is approved. 4/5
