Elven Chronicles is a turn based RPG, not unlike games from the Final Fantasy series. The game features epic battles against a wide variety of monsters, dragons and the elements. Story wise, you play a young warrior trying to figure out his past as well as a elf mystic seeking redemption.

CNN Mobile by CNN Interactive Group, Inc.

At long last, CNN has put out their official news reader. With sections for top headline stories and all story categories like on their website, 'My CNN' which provides news pertaining your current location (US only; it will still work if you're close enough to the border, but will give you information about whichever US city is closest to you; for me, it's Bellingham), for video reports on certain headline stories and different categories for that, and iReport in which you can read and submit your own reports and opinions on current events. Boxi by Attila Jenei
Boxi is a puzzle game of sliding boxes. Simple enough, right? Well, the first few levels are fairly easy, but as you progress through the levels, the challenges get increasingly harder to perfect.

Alice's Adventures – Rabbit Hole of Death by Devsisters
My first impression of this game was "Wow, I can't believe Apple approved this!" In the game you play a scantly clad heroine named Alice (oh really?). Your job is to position Alice's limbs correctly so she will fit through various weird shaped obstacles on her free fall journey to the bottom of the rabbit hole.

MageStory by VeryPixel Inc.
In MageStory you play as a decrepit old man, save for one fascinating fact. You're a mage (really, how would you ever have guessed that one, eh?)! Complete with a wizard hat, robe, and beard that goes to the ground, you do battle with the forces of evil with magical powers!

myStarbucks by Starbucks Coffee Company

I'll be the first to admit that, when it comes to a great cup of coffee, Starbucks just isn't all that high up on my list to reach for. When there are so many different independent cafes to choose from, settling for something not-as-great just because it's famous doesn't cut it for me. Even if there is a Starbucks on practically every street corner in Vancouver.
That said, I can say that Starbucks has an excellent sense of style— from the decor of their locations, to the sleeves wrapped around their paper cups, everything (for a lack of a better way to describe it) fits. The same can be said for their two official apps. More on Lifestyle Review: myStarbucks

Durak by Lost Token Software LLC
The durak (pronounced do-rock, which means 'fool' in Russian) is the loser— or the last player of two to four left with cards in their hands. This game is surprisingly addicting, and hands are go very quick. I had only had it for a weekend, and the next thing I knew, I'd played over a hundred games! It took a few hands for me to understand exactly how the game went at first, because it's so unlike any other game I've played before, but the game is very simple to play once you understand all the rules. Star Hogs Lite: Online & Campaign Battles by IUGO Mobile Entertainment
In Star Hogs you play as a space asteroid miner. Dealing with other prospectors was never your strong suit, and as a result you will have to fight for your claim! However you slice it, asteroid prospecting is a dangerous profession. To add to the tension, you also have to deal with other prospectors, and lets just say that they have no qualms with blasting you into the cold vacuum of space.
